WP4: Objectives

• To establish a realistic agriculture value chain mapping and assessments process for supporting main recommendations to the farmers in order to provide a high impact value over the current decision-making processes
• To validate Agriculture value chain requirements through standard modelling languages as well as to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current agriculture systems and processes in order to better manage the product variety, logistics and risk under real conditions

WP4: Tasks

T4.1: Map the agriculture logistic and product variety value chain requirements through standard modelling languages and classify their impact over the agriculture decision-making.

T4.2: Through a system dynamic approach, model and simulate the products variety impact across the agriculture value chain in terms of the logistic management.

T4.3: Identify and assess potential internal and external risk in the agriculture value chain across the strategic, tactical and operative decision-making levels.

T4.4: Integrate tasks 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 outcomes through the Zachman’s framework.
